What you will do

• Drive solution design and build Agentforce-powered experiences for clients.
• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Drive requirement gathering and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Develop client strategy and roadmap, enabling quick wins and long-term goals.
• Leverage Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, or Einstein Service Intelligence/Next Best Action.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
