hirify.global is building an AI-powered wealth management platform that integrates investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning into a single system.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the comprehensive People strategy to support rapid business growth and business goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Build and lead the internal HR team, setting clear ownership and operating rhythms.
  • Design and operate performance management systems, including review cycles and calibration.
  • Establish consistent practices for employee relations, investigations, and performance outcomes.
  • Act as a culture steward to ensure company values and operating principles scale with the organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience.
  • Significant experience leading People/HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling fast-growing startups within the SaaS or Tech sectors.
  • Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Strong judgment and ability to influence senior leaders and shape company culture.
  • Must be able to work on-site in McLean, VA.
