What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior US leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates for US client groups.
• Own US benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and vendor relationships.
• Develop and scale HR infrastructure, including redesigned onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Collaborate on global people programs such as compensation reviews and engagement surveys.
• Support new market expansion from a people and operations perspective.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Proven experience building HR processes from scratch in scaling or startup environments.
• Solid knowledge of US employment law and benefits administration (health plans, 401k, leave compliance).
• Track record of running full-cycle recruitment across different functions.
• Confidence as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas for a hybrid work arrangement.
