What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor performance using tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure delivery within constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular status meetings and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote consistent management standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and AI agent frameworks (e.g., Manus, GPT-4) to automate workflows.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level projects with budgets of $1M+.
• Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or company locations.
