What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs including ERP, CRM, CPQ, and data platform modernization.
• Own end-to-end delivery from roadmap definition through execution and post-implementation optimization.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, including intelligent process design and tool integration.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, and IT to align program strategies with business objectives.
• Establish program governance, including status reporting, risk management, and executive communication.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support enterprise system investments.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise applications.
• Proven success delivering complex programs in a matrixed SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and business process design.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in ROI tracking.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Churn Zero.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
