Program/Portfolio Manager

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects and task orders across a portfolio for the VA T4NG2 contract.
• Oversee program execution, delivery, and performance metrics.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and reporting standards.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, internal teams, and partners.
• Manage risks, issues, and resource allocation across the program.
• Lead customer engagement and strategic program governance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Hybrid schedule with the ability to report on-site in Washington, DC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and program management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
• Experience with VA programs or T4NG/T4NG2 vehicles.
• Experience with portfolio-level governance and reporting.
• Background in technical delivery (engineering, cloud, or cyber).
