What you will do

• Facilitate all on-site coordination for live events within the DMV area.
• Manage venues, AV, catering, and rental vendors to meet tight deadlines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venue staff.
• Coordinate registration setup, including signage and name-tag procurement.
• Collaborate with sponsoring clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the event process.
• Provide marketing and sales support through event videos, photos, and presentations.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in live event coordination or management.
• Must be based in Washington, D.C. for hybrid office attendance.
• Willingness to travel monthly to the Carolinas or Nashville.
• Exceptional communication skills and a high-energy, collaborative attitude.
