What you will do

• Manage full stage productions, including content production, AV coordination, and stage management from rehearsals to live execution.
• Collaborate with event managers and business leads to develop execution strategies and align on vision and objectives.
• Partner with creative teams to translate bold ideas into detailed, immersive event experiences.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
• Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and secure necessary permits and insurance.
• Meticulously track event production budgets (over $500k) and coordinate project timelines through detailed workbacks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production, stage management, or agency event management.
• Proven track record of managing event budgets exceeding $500,000.
• Strong working knowledge of full-stack event audio visual (AV) elements (Audio, Video, Lighting).
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.

• Understanding of fundamental video and audio signal flows in event and broadcast environments.
• Experience using hirify.global tools and products to scale production workflows.
