What you will do

• Lead the design of end-to-end user flows, journeys, and service experiences for the Global Fabric web app.
• Develop information architecture, content structures, and service blueprints to support scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to improve UX from conception to launch.
• Optimize customer journeys using research insights, data analysis, and design methodologies.
• Ensure all outputs align with hirify.global brand guidelines and accessibility standards (AA).
• Mentor other designers and act as a technical expert to grow the team's capability.

Requirements

• Expertise in User Centred Design (UCD), Product Design, and Service Design.
• Proficiency in UX/UI, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
• Experience with prototyping, user journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis and behavioural analysis.
• Knowledge of accessibility management and Agile methodologies.
• Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
