Senior Product Designer (Mobility): Designing and scaling the incentives and loyalty experience across rider and driver applications with an accent on campaign communication and subscription flows. Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the incentives and Bolt Plus experience across both rider and driver applications.
• Transform complex campaign and subscription business logic into simple, intuitive user flows.
• Collaborate with Growth, Pricing, and Incentives teams to align business goals with user needs in a two-sided marketplace.
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Ensure UI consistency across all surfaces, from pre-order discovery to post-ride states.

Requirements

• Experience designing for complex, two-sided systems and interpreting business metrics.
• Strong UI craftsmanship with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual execution.
• English: C1 proficiency required for fluent communication and pitching design visions.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia.
• Fluent use of AI tools within the design workflow for exploration and prototyping.
• Ability to provide sharp feedback and elevate the work of other designers.
