What you will do

• Design workflow-heavy B2B products, including dashboards, builders, and CMS platforms for leading game studios.
• Transform ambiguous requirements into clear, user-centered solutions and product decisions.
• Own the complete product design lifecycle from initial discovery to final production.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality UI implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems, components, and patterns.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio featuring complex SaaS or B2B products.
• Proven experience designing dashboards, admin panels, builders, or CMS-like interfaces.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools and modern workflows.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Belgrade.

• Experience building tools for developers, creators, or enterprise users.
• Background in gaming, game development, fintech, or other technical SaaS products.
• Experience with analytics platforms, workflow software, or internal operational tools.
