Senior Product Designer (Delivery)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the quality of experience across the Delivery consumer app.
• Identify and prioritize experience gaps that erode consistency, usability, and visual quality.
• Set and maintain high craft standards through design reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure shared ownership of quality.
• Prototype and iterate to validate improvements and build team alignment.
• Ensure consistency across the full consumer journey from first touchpoint to post-order.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories about design choices.
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern generative/agentic design workflows.
• Must be based in Tallinn or willing to work from the office at least 12 days per month.
• Strong design intuition and a proactive AI-first mindset for iterating and exploring solutions.
