Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• 6+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in senior roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex digital products.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with proficiency in prototyping.
• Experience using data-informed insights to drive design decisions.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate effectively in agile teams.
