What you will do

• Prepare and analyze revenue accounting entries for month-end close and maintain deferred revenue waterfalls.
• Own the monthly ASC 606 revenue recognition process within the NetSuite ARM module.
• Review Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure GAAP compliance and proper recording.
• Monitor data accuracy and revenue recognition impact within Salesforce.
• Perform and maintain annual Standalone Selling Price (SSP) analysis.
• Coordinate annual audit activities with external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of direct ASC 606 experience or 3–5 years of progressive general accounting experience.
• Proven experience with ASC 606 system implementations (NetSuite ARM or similar) or Big 4 audit experience with a CPA license.
• Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and strong analytical research skills.
