What you will do

  • Design and execute the enterprise leadership development strategy aligned with the Integrated Talent Management framework.
  • Translate succession planning and workforce data into targeted leadership priorities and interventions.
  • Establish governance processes connecting succession planning, talent analytics, and workforce planning into an integrated operating model.
  • Partner with HRBPs and senior business leaders to embed leadership development into business planning and organizational design.
  • Manage leadership development vendor strategies, including executive coaching, assessment tools, and external partnerships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Significant experience operating within large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success building enterprise-wide talent capabilities from the ground up.
  • Experience connecting succession planning and talent intelligence to development execution.
  • Background in enterprise software or technology industries strongly preferred.
