Salary: $146,410–$192,164 USD

What you will do
- Lead organization design efforts, including operating models, role clarity, and spans & layers.
- Design and execute change management strategies for enterprise-level transformations.
- Develop leadership development solutions and support executive team effectiveness.
- Lead policy design for performance management, promotions, and internal movement.
- Partner with HRBPs to execute organization and talent reviews.
- Define success metrics for OD initiatives and track impact through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in HR, OD, business, or psychology.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development or leadership management.
- Proven track record of global or multi-region involvement.
- Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- English language proficiency required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience working as a consultant.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Dutch.
