What you will do

• Lead organization design efforts, including operating models, role clarity, and spans & layers.
• Design and execute change management strategies for enterprise-level transformations.
• Develop leadership development solutions and support executive team effectiveness.
• Lead policy design for performance management, promotions, and internal movement.
• Partner with HRBPs to execute organization and talent reviews.
• Define success metrics for OD initiatives and track impact through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in HR, OD, business, or psychology.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational development or leadership management.
• Proven track record of global or multi-region involvement.
• Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience working as a consultant.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Dutch.
