TL;DR

Director, Performance Management and Capabilities Building (Academies): Defining and executing global learning, performance management, and talent development strategies with an accent on building organizational capability and leadership standards. Focus on designing AI-enabled coaching programs, managing talent reviews for senior leadership, and integrating skills architecture across a complex, matrixed organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Staefa, Switzerland (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Define and oversee the global Academies framework to build critical organizational capabilities.
  • Lead performance management processes and goal-setting for the Top 200+ leaders.
  • Design and deliver coaching and mentoring programs, leveraging AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage talent review, succession planning, and individual career journey design.
  • Partner with HR Strategy to maintain a comprehensive skills architecture and taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with external partners and business schools to enhance program quality.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in global learning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-impact talent development programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep expertise in leadership models, coaching methodologies, and learning analytics.
  • English proficiency (C1+) is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a corporate headquarters environment with HR Centres of Excellence.
