What you will do
- Execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth.
- Evolve a connected talent ecosystem integrating performance management, feedback, career development, and succession planning.
- Lead enterprise talent review processes to strengthen leadership continuity and organizational capability.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled talent intelligence to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Partner with HRIS, People Analytics, and business leaders to ensure integrated talent initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
- Proven success in designing and scaling enterprise-level talent strategies and succession planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce data and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled HR technologies and a vision for innovation in talent management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior executives.
