What you will do

• Operate policy governance and partner insight processes from intake through decision logging.
• Coordinate feedback loops to synthesize creator and partner input for platform business.
• Prepare concise executive-level briefing materials framing risks, options, and next steps.
• Maintain governance registers, roadmaps, backlogs, and decision repositories.
• Standardize operating rhythms to improve cross-functional alignment and strategic follow-through.
• Support planning cycles by organizing dependencies, timelines, and tracking action owners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations, governance, product operations, or strategy operations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional workflows and executive operating rhythms.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent written communication and executive-level synthesis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and subject matter experts.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (San Mateo, CA).
