What you will do

• Manage the full feature lifecycle for multiple parallel features, from inception to delivery.
• Prioritize player experience by aligning development with audience needs and addressing player issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Analyze game and market metrics to derive actionable insights and set measurable business objectives.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to upper management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management or development within software or live services.
• Proven experience developing, launching, and operating mobile RPGs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor talent.
• Skilled in backlog management, goal setting, and utilizing product management tools.

Nice to have

• Previous working experience with live software operations.
• Experience in 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
• Bachelor’s degree in Video Game Design and Development.
