What you will do

• Operate policy governance and partner insight processes from intake through decision logging.
• Coordinate feedback loops to collect, synthesize, and track input from creators and partners.
• Prepare concise materials framing context, risks, and recommended next steps for leadership.
• Maintain governance registers, roadmaps, backlogs, and decision records.
• Standardize operating rhythms to strengthen cross-functional alignment and strategic follow-through.
• Track action owners, risks, and outcomes through to closure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations, governance, product operations, or strategy.
• Proven ability to support globally distributed teams and manage executive operating rhythms.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written communication and executive-level briefing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and subject matter experts.
• Highly organized with practical experience in risk, dependency, and action tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience in platforms, gaming, media, or publishing operations.
• Familiarity with voice-of-customer processes or research follow-through.
• Experience maintaining dashboards or governance documentation.
