What you will do

• Determine required volumes and generate purchase orders between fiber and cable plants.
• Ensure fiber plant scheduling aligns with master plans and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee supply and delivery of fibers, proactively highlighting and resolving deviations.
• Manage inventory levels, schedule changes, and cancellations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with logistics and inventory planning to define storage strategies and monitor stock quality.
• Develop and implement supply planning tools and best practices in collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• French: Conversational proficiency required
• 3-7 years of experience in supply chain planning or operations leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or planning analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
