Raw Material Planning Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage rolling forecasts across SOE and S&OP horizons in line with business strategies and sales policies.
• Analyze sales history, demand drivers, and market dynamics to establish fact-based sales assumptions.
• Provide data analysis and business insights during demand generation and planning processes.
• Act as the supply chain contact for assigned channels and coordinate forecast, supply, sales orders, logistics, and warehouse issues.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, tools, and capabilities with the Demand Planning Manager.
• Support department-wide performance targets, including sales volume, margin, forecast accuracy, DSI, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, demand planning, or supply planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, simplify complex analytical results, build cross-functional partnerships, and deliver results under pressure.
• Systematic and process-driven approach.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Two to three years of experience in continuous improvement across sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, or operations planning.
• Supply chain or operations experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as AI, Power BI, or Python.
