Production Planner & Call Off Atlas Copco Group

Location: On-site at the office in Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, Italy

Salary: Starting from €32,000 gross annually, plus fixed and collective profit-sharing bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop production schedules for customer orders and support on-time delivery and plant performance targets.
• Coordinate assigned assembly lines, including machine mix, output targets, labor planning, and production information.
• Manage component replenishment and supplier delivery commitments, including quantities, packing, and supply conditions.
• Track products and materials through suppliers, transport, third-party logistics providers, reception, and final assembly.
• Analyze delivery performance, missed shipments, lead times, stock levels, and other KPIs while creating continuous-improvement tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, engineering, and project teams to coordinate forecasts, material requirements, product phase-in and phase-out, and business growth plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Economics, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a scientific approach to problem solving.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with common IT tools.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in a lean-oriented manufacturing environment.
