Senior Manager Information Governance (Compliance): Leading the design, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise Information Governance framework with an accent on records management and data lifecycle. Location: Onsite in the United States (District of Columbia & Texas)
Salary: $105,500 – $243,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise Information Governance framework, covering records management and data lifecycle.
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable IG policies, standards, and procedures.
- Own the global records retention schedule, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other cross-border data considerations.
- Partner with IT and Security teams to operationalize IG controls within M365 and other content repositories.
- Drive the adoption of automation and scalable controls to manage data growth and complexity.
- Lead IG communications and training programs to drive behavioral change and accountability across the enterprise.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of records management experience in strategy, planning, and operations.
- BS/BA degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or MS/MA degree with 7 years of experience.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in the USA (District of Columbia or Texas).
- Global regulatory exposure, specifically with EU, US, UK, and APAC frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in project management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
Nice to have
- Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Information Governance Professional (IGP) certification.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies impacting IG, such as AI and advanced analytics.
