What you will do

• Lead operational setup and go-to-market infrastructure for managed services, including scalable service models and SLAs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-powered automation for talent acquisition and experience workflows.
• Own the implementation and oversight of PSA and HRIS platforms to ensure accurate project tracking and data integrity.
• Develop financial models for LTV and CAC, and validate billing rates to ensure market competitiveness and margin targets.
• Coordinate the integration of acquired companies' commercial, technology, and finance systems.
• Drive compliance for AWS GenAIIC certification and manage IT cost strategy for AI token consumption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or strategy roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience implementing business-critical systems and designing KPI frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in revenue reporting, cost management, and LTV/CAC modeling.
• Experience scaling operational processes within distributed, multi-geography organizations.
• Proficiency with workflow automation and AI-powered productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working within professional services.
• Hands-on experience with PSA platforms such as Certinia.
