What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for global clinical data management teams.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML-enabled data review, advanced analytics, and RBQM methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of data management services across concurrent customer programs.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to embed the elluminate platform into operational workflows.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for customer concerns and maintain strong sponsor relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressive Clinical Data Management experience, including leading global delivery teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery organizations and managing complex relationships.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, ICH/GCP guidelines, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred) and modern clinical data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and operationalize innovative solutions like AI/ML or automation.

• Experience with the elluminate platform.
• Background in supporting business development and proposal activities.
