What you will do

• Develop frameworks, engines, tools, and pipelines for creatures’ rigs, simulation, animation, crowds, and motion-capture.
• Act as a Product Owner for specific products, shaping roadmaps for Feature Animation, Television, and VFX divisions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and timescales.
• Provide leadership to the development team through coaching, mentorship, and peer reviews of solution designs and code.
• Establish best practices and habits to maintain high standards of software quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong programming experience in C++ and Python.
• Expertise in geometry processing, deformable objects, or kinematics.
• Experience developing plug-ins using the Maya or Houdini SDK.
• Proven experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining complex software products.

Nice to have

• Experience developing solutions for crowds, rigging, CFX, animation, or motion-capture.
• GPU programming experience.
