What you will do

• Implement and maintain reusable, scalable platform systems and online service integrations.
• Collaborate with game teams to translate technical requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical strategy for platform technology.
• Ensure reliable and responsive services for large-scale player bases and live operations.
• Communicate complex technical designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Horsham studio 3 days per week.
• Proven implementation skills with C++.
• Strong understanding of scalable systems design and online service integration.
• Experience with the full development lifecycle, from architecture to LiveOps and post-launch support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and gather technical requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with backend technologies and cloud platforms like AWS and Python.
• Experience working with C# and native bindings.
• Familiarity with first-party platform SDKs such as Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation.
• Experience working on large-scale online or multiplayer systems.
