What you will do

• Collaborate with the Engine Lead and discipline heads to maximize engine and hardware performance.
• Own the planning and delivery of large-scale technical features autonomously.
• Mentor less experienced engineers to raise the overall technical standards of the team.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve visual and technical quality.
• Contribute to a collaborative and creative studio environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engine or Rendering Engineer on multiple shipped AAA titles.
• Extensive knowledge of modern gaming technologies and rendering techniques.
• Strong proficiency in C++, including profiling, debugging, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of code architecture best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently to meet scheduled goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 on a AAA project.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Experience working on current-generation consoles.
• Experience working on open-world titles.
