What you will do

• Contribute to coding, debugging, and performance optimization for client and server-side features.
• Own the technical design and implementation of large-scale game features.
• Lead bug fixing efforts to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and promote studio standards for code quality and documentation.
• Work autonomously to gather requirements and create robust technical solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve project objectives and adapt to changing requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Several years of professional C++ experience.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and debugging techniques.
• Experience shipping games on consoles such as PS4, PS5, Xbox, or Switch.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services like PlayFab or GameSparks.
• Knowledge of modern console development workflows.
