Senior Unreal Programmer (Unreal)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant systems in Unreal Engine.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Develop large-scale systems such as asynchronous resource loading, streaming solutions, and custom animation systems.
• Participate in engineering processes and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Design, Art, and external teams to remove roadblocks and solve technical challenges.
• Support recruitment, mentor junior programmers, and provide cover for Lead Programmers when required.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine mechanics and performance optimization.
• Experience diagnosing technical problems through logical analysis.
• Ability to design and implement large-scale systems and reason about cross-platform impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines and mentoring other programmers.
