What you will do

• Maintain and improve existing and new codebases to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Support software release processes across multiple branches in coordination with production and engineering teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve critical issues while maintaining system stability.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and rollback procedures.
• Enhance build, test, and release automation pipelines to improve development workflows.
• Monitor platform health and performance metrics post-release to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on a software development team using C++.
• Strong understanding of computing fundamentals and memory layout considerations.
• Proven ability to manage large codebases and assess risks associated with changes.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with source control workflows and CI/CD systems like GitLab or GitHub.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and studios.
