What you will do

• Support supplier selection sourcing projects for drug substance, drug product, clinical services, and packaging services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with incumbent and prospective suppliers to earn trust and ensure collaboration.
• Perform financial analysis on pricing scenarios and cost breakdowns to optimize procurement.
• Drive and complete supply agreement negotiations within a matrix environment.
• Lead cross-functional business review sessions to optimize performance with supplier network partners.
• Monitor supplier performance using metrics and dashboards, managing action plans for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier selection, relationship governance, or supply chain management processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sourcing Management and Supplier Governance Relationship concepts.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office for hybrid collaboration.
