What you will do

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and statements of work to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Develop and implement multi-year commodity strategies based on industry and market analysis.
• Drive supplier selection, sourcing, and performance management to meet dynamic business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure materials and services cost-effectively.
• Conduct executive reviews to adapt sourcing strategies to evolving market conditions.
• Manage global supplier relationships, including business continuity and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience (or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years) in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in contracting, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigation.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
