What you will do

• Own the enterprise approach to supply chain and supplier risk management.
• Monitor global supplier networks for financial, geopolitical, regulatory, cyber, and ESG risks.
• Assess and prioritize risks based on likelihood and criticality of materials and services.
• Lead scenario analysis to identify single-source and regional vulnerabilities.
• Govern mitigation strategies including alternate sourcing, dual qualification, and contractual protections.
• Provide executive-level program updates on top risks and mitigation progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or risk management.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier and third-party risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex and ambiguous risk scenarios.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, IL for the hybrid schedule.
