What you will do

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims of moderate-high severity both in the field and virtually.
• Conduct physical and virtual inspections of damaged dwellings and personal property to determine scope of repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair bids using the Xactimate estimating system.
• Negotiate and agree upon repair costs with insureds and contractors.
• Manage the repair process through to conclusion, ensuring cause of loss is thoroughly identified.
• Maintain all correspondence to ensure files remain regulatory compliant.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related professional experience.
• 4+ years of claims experience, with preferred emphasis on homeowner claims.
• Knowledge of Xactimate repair estimating system and homeowner policies.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree may be used in lieu of 2 years of experience).
