Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Perform social media investigations and database searches using ISO and TransUnion.
• Investigate and resolve automobile claims related to theft, fire, vandalism, and flood damage.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and indicators across various suspicious loss types.
• Document all investigation findings and ensure adjudication complies with state and federal regulations.
• Produce professional correspondence, including reports, memos, and claim file documentation.
• Collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) for advanced case handling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry handling automobile claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, and terminology.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
