• Prepare thorough referral packages for accounts exceeding authority limits.
• Maintain audit-ready policy documentation and ensure quality control of electronic files.
• Issue Package, Commercial Marine, and Umbrella/Bumbershoot policies within 48 hours.
• Serve as a point of contact for broker inquiries regarding policy, coverage, and billing.
