What you will do

• Review complex, high-risk insurance applications and evaluate risk against established guidelines.
• Develop the A&H account by bringing in existing broker and client relationships to expand the portfolio.
• Utilize databases and specialized software to gather supplementary data and ensure accurate policy pricing.
• Provide recommendations to clients to reduce exposure to excessive risk.
• Ensure all underwriting activities comply with industry and governmental regulations.
• Mentor team members and share market insights to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• ACII Qualified or actively progressing towards qualification.
• 5-7 years of underwriting or related insurance experience.
• Existing strong relationships with Producing Brokers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong customer service and collaborative teamwork skills.
