What you will do

• Manage day-to-day construction and renovation of land, attractions, resorts, and support facilities.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and design implementation.
• Coordinate design decisions and construction documentation to minimize claims and change orders.
• Select and manage architectural, engineering, and technical design consultants.
• Lead and develop a project team of 3–15 internal staff plus external consultants.
• Monitor project progress and report status, budget, and schedule to upper management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Professional license in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, inspection, and construction management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising project teams.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and project schedules effectively.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview at an hirify.global location.
