Project Co-ordinator (Technology & Delivery)

TL;DR

Project Co-ordinator (Technology & Delivery): Supporting the planning and execution of technology and operational projects with an accent on documentation, stakeholder communication, and process tracking. Focus on maintaining project health, facilitating governance activities, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between technical and business teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sheffield (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits

What you will do

• Support the planning and coordination of projects across technology and operational teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, trackers, risk logs, and status updates.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays as needed.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
• Prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions through to completion.
• Assist with reporting updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sheffield for hybrid work.
• Strong organisational and administrative capability.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using project or collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a project coordination, PMO, or junior project role.
• Exposure to technology, digital, or systems-based projects.
• Awareness of Agile or other delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting workshops, testing, or change initiatives.
