Salary: $115,500 - $161,700 USD

What you will do

• Build creative strategies and campaign concepts that help Finance advertisers show up authentically on Reddit
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on pitches, RFPs, presentations, and workshops
• Act as a creative consultant and Reddit platform expert for finance-focused clients and partners
• Develop strategic narratives and presentation materials that drive business impact
• Educate internal sales teams and external partners on creative best practices for the platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, media, social, PR, or creative strategy
• Must be based on the US East Coast
• Proven experience building and pitching strategy-led presentations to clients
• Deep understanding of Reddit, internet culture, and community-driven platforms
• Proficiency in Google Slides

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Finance advertisers specifically
• Creative strategy or platform experience at a social, media, or ad tech company
• Experience working alongside Sales teams in pre-sales environments
• Professional writing experience for digital or social platforms
