What you will do

• Formulate effective creative strategies using data, research, and consumer insights.
• Analyze performance metrics in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Write scripts and copy for video ads, static image ads, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure visuals align with the outlined strategy.
• Perform consumer and competitor research to identify emerging trends in the social media ecosystem.
• Plan weekly strategic account activity and iterate on top-performing concepts based on test results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy.
• Proven experience in Paid Social or Direct Response marketing.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency with FB Ads Manager and other ad platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
