What you will do

• Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing a consistent brief cadence across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• Analyze performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) to translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Manage the full creative lifecycle from brief through execution, collaborating with designers, editors, and AI platforms.
• Develop and scale a UGC and influencer strategy, including sourcing, scripting, and testing creator content.
• Utilize AI creative tools to generate and test ad variants at speed, increasing creative velocity.
• Build a competitive creative intelligence practice to stay current on market trends in health and wellness.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth.
• Active work authorization in the US is required.
• Proven track record in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscription sectors.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics and direct response formats.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video generation and copy iteration.
• Ability to build processes and maintain operational excellence in creative production.
