TL;DR

Sr. Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing): Leading the strategy, development, and execution of high-performing creative assets for a livestream shopping platform with an accent on data-driven insights and cultural relevance. Focus on building a pipeline of conversion-focused creative across paid social and DRTV channels while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Location: Must be within commuting distance of New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, or Los Angeles hubs.

Salary: $158K – $175K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own briefing and creative direction for key categories from concept through final execution.
  • Develop high-performing creative assets including scripts, hooks, and static copy for video and social formats.
  • Turn performance data and testing results into actionable creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and category marketers to ship work that drives conversion.
  • Develop direct response TV (DRTV) creative as the company expands into new formats.
  • Share performance lookbacks to help stakeholders make data-informed decisions for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance creative or paid social.
  • Must be within commuting distance of NYC, SF, Seattle, or LA hubs.
  • Proven track record of taking work from concept to execution as both a writer and strategist.
  • Deep understanding of audience behavior across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.
  • Experience interpreting creative performance data to improve briefs and testing cycles.
  • Ability to provide clear, specific feedback to editors, designers, and external agencies.

Nice to have

  • Experience making DRTV or CTV direct response ads.
  • In-house experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, or high-growth startup.
