Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of technical solution baselines, proposed architectures, and technology stacks for federal pursuits from capture to submission.
• Analyze customer requirements and RFP/RFI drafts to develop concepts aligning capabilities in secure comms, DevSecOps, and cyber operations with mission needs.
• Translate architectures into compelling proposal artifacts, including technical narratives, intuitive diagrams, and oral presentation materials.
• Architect high-level and detailed solutions that prioritize scalability, differentiation, and strict security compliance.
• Define staffing approaches, labor mix, and level of effort (LOE) assumptions in coordination with pricing and delivery teams.
• Mentor and coach junior solution architects and technical leads while maintaining a repository of reusable reference architectures.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture or systems engineering within the federal, government, or defense sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record leading architecture for DoD pursuits in secure communications, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps.
• Strong understanding of federal frameworks such as NIST, CSfC, and ITIL.
• Active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is highly desired.

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Existing Active Secret clearance.
