Location: Flexible work mode (remote, office, or hybrid) within Poland, with an office in Warsaw.

Salary: 15 000 – 30 000 PLN net + VAT per month

What you will do

• Rapidly create interactive prototypes from briefs using AI design tools.
• Collaborate with Strategic & Senior UX Designers and Top UI Designers, generating 70-80% of the design as working prototypes.
• Conduct live interactive prototyping sessions during concept workshops to gather immediate feedback.
• Act as an evangelist for AI-first design, setting standards for the team.

Requirements

• Thinking in an AI-first paradigm, prioritizing generation and refinement using AI tools.
• Ability to create clickable, multi-screen prototypes from a brief in under 2 hours, focusing on speed and iteration.
• Proficiency with at least 2-3 AI design tools (e.g., Magic Patterns, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make).
• Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML structure, CSS layout, components).
• Strong design sensibility to identify visual inconsistencies and ensure logical flows.
• Ability to hold product thinking, considering user stories, edge cases, and error handling in prototypes.
• English: C1+ required for video application and team communication.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland for a B2B contract.
