What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical leader for major engagements, advising C-level executives on AI strategy, architectural roadmaps, and governance.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Senior and Principal AI Engineers.
• Define architectural blueprints and MLOps best practices for scalable, secure AI solutions using the hirify.global platform and open-source tools.
• Oversee the deployment of advanced AI applications, including Agentic AI and complex GenAI/RAG systems.
• Manage technical risk and ensure high customer satisfaction to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and through technical publications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai with the ability to travel up to 50% across the GCC region.
• 8-10 years of experience in software development and AI frameworks, with at least 3 years in a director-level leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Llama Index), RAG, and large-scale predictive modeling.
• Strong proficiency in MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and production-grade REST APIs.
• Expert-level experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise deployments.
• CS Degree (MS or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
