Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Remote from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Travel of up to 50% across the GCC region is required.

What you will do

• Lead the technical vision and delivery of complex, strategic AI programs for major customers.
• Advise C-level executives and stakeholders on AI strategy, architecture roadmaps, and governance models.
• Own technical success across the Professional Services portfolio, including solution quality and delivery standards.
• Define architectural blueprints and MLOps practices for scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Oversee Agentic AI, GenAI/RAG, and advanced AI application deployments using the hirify.global platform and open-source tools.
• Manage technical risk, customer satisfaction, utilization, and contribution to regional revenue targets.

Requirements

• Approximately 8–10 years of progressive hands-on experience in software development, Agentic AI frameworks, or a similar technical role.
• Expertise in full-stack development, enterprise software architecture, and end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI application architectures.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex, as well as RAG and large-scale predictive modeling systems.
• Expertise in MLOps strategy, model CI/CD, governance, and enterprise scaling.
• Deep proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, secure production-grade REST APIs, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and a track record in a visible client-facing or consulting leadership role.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with on-premise enterprise deployments and security architecture.
• Expert familiarity with the hirify.global AI Platform.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
