What you will do

• Define and execute the Partner Payments product strategy and roadmap to ensure timely, low-friction partner payouts across markets.
• Design and optimize onboarding and opt-in experiences to facilitate easy adoption of payout products.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payments Operations, and platform teams to automate netting and simplify payout flows.
• Translate strategy into product requirements based on competitive insights and customer pain points.
• Drive alignment and execution with engineering and design through high-quality documentation and user stories.
• Prioritize initiatives using a data-informed approach, balancing short- and long-term outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering user-centric products.
• 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or marketplaces.
• Ability to own a complex problem space end-to-end within a backend or platform domain.
• Technical fluency in collaborating with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system constraints.
• Experience with B2B or partner-facing products.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI/ML products.
• Prior experience integrating AI/ML capabilities in the payments domain.
