What you will do

• Set the long-term product vision and strategy for the payments and risk domains.
• Establish and track KPIs focused on payments GMV, engagement, and net take opportunities.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to develop the next generation of product leaders.
• Integrate AI tools and processes into the product and team workflow to accelerate delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Risk teams to build scalable financial infrastructure as foundational platform services.
• Operate as the product lead for Risk, managing business exposure and strategic protections.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large product teams in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS.
• Deep expertise in payments, specifically with modern providers like Stripe or Square.
• Direct background or exposure to Risk domains and financial product protections.
• Experience driving team efficiency and output quality through AI tools and automation.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Fluency in AI product building and experience shipping AI-native features.
